Start to finish, it was a great experience. I made a deposit and signed an order to purchase a truck over the phone. Fully refundable, mind you. Keith walked the truck and gave me a verbal description of the vehicle, based on that I decided to purchase the vehicle. Today, I drove down to pick it up, and I know in the interim he received other offers, likely for more than his asking price. Nevertheless, he stuck to our agreement and I picked the truck up today. It was as described, it's not show-room perfect but it's a nice, respectable truck and I'm a very satisfied customer. Lori was excellent with the paperwork, and made completing the deal a pleasure.

Wonderful! We drove over to them after being disappointed at another car lot. We are happy to say that after a short conversation we drove away in our new to us 2013 Dodge Ram truck. They were easy to deal with and we feel we got a better deal on our new truck than if we had purchased from a large dealership. We will be sending our friends to this nice little car lot.
